Hi, I’m Stephanie Jane, the artist behind s.jane.art.

Born and raised in Alaska, I am a contemporary abstract artist inspired by the colors, emotions, and quiet complexities of everyday life. Through layered compositions, expressive movement, and an intuitive use of color, I create work rooted deeply in feeling.

For me, a painting is never meant to simply be seen, it is meant to be felt. While each piece begins with my own emotions and experiences, I want the finished work to become something personal to the viewer. Whether it evokes nostalgia, longing, joy, curiosity, or a feeling that can’t quite be named, my hope is that each painting creates a moment of connection and allows you to find something of your own within it.
